Bowland Wild Boar Park



Bowland Wild Boar Park is set in beautiful wooded countryside and is located about 2 miles from the picturesque village of Chipping in Lancashire, in the heart of the Forest of Bowland an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The park offers a brilliant and fun day out for all the family and is home to a range of wildlife including Deer, Llamas, Longhorn Cows, Wallabys, Red Squirrels, Goats, Peacocks and Barn Owls. Bowland Wild Boar Park has 30 acres of woodland to explore with attractive walks alongside the River Hodder.

The park also features tractor rides, pedal tractor area, Straw Barn play area, lamb Llama and deer feeding. During the summer months visitors can bottle feed the lambs.

Snacks are available from the cafe and picnic tables are provided.

Directions

Situated about 2 miles from the village of Chipping, on the Chipping to Dunsop Bridge road. Head for Chipping and then follow the brown tourist signs.
